SALT has recently developed the sponsor strategy for Sound of Happiness. Erling has been Chairman of the Board of the foundation Sound of Happiness Competence Centre since it was established in 1998, which has grown to become one of the most successful environments for people with special needs in Kristiansand / Norway.  The ideas are also exported to many european countries, and Sound of Happiness are now stepping into ASIA, SOUTH AMERICA and AFRICA.
