SALT is developing and implementing the commercial structure for one of the best music fesivals in Norway, the Quart Festival.

Quart is staged in Kristiansand in the first week of July each year and a visit provides the perfect combination of sunshine, parties, music and fun. Kristiansand is hot this week and can probably boast to be the best party-scene in Norway during the Quart Festival.
